How to prepare your space for Ozone Gas Shock and Zano-guard Treatments:

1. Clean the space:

Follow your normal cleaning protocols. If possible, we recommend cleaners that are organic-based and leave behind little to no chemical residue. For applications utilizing Ozone Gas Shock Treatment for eliminating an odor problem, it is especially important to clean the area well for best results. This could include washing walls, floors, surfaces, etc.

2. Expose surfaces areas:

This includes drawers, cabinets, closets, glove boxes, etc. Leave surface areas exposed so that they are more easily able to be reached.

3. Remove any oil-based paintings:

Ozone can cause damage to oil-based paintings, so remove prior to treatment.

4. Cover fish tank If applicable:

cover fish tank(s) prior to treatment.

5. Note on air distribution:

If your building has an air-exchange or ventilation system, this system needs to be turned OFF to keep the ozone in the subject building/room. We do utilize fans to assist with distribution within the space during our treatment process.

6. Remove all people, plants, and pets:

During treatment, no people, plants, or pets are allowed in the space. After treatment, our technician measures the ambient air using an OSHA approved ozone monitor to ensure air quality has returned to a safe level of 0.1 ppm or less (within OSHA standards).
